Like all other emotions, everyone has the capacity to get angry, and the fact is; nothing is wrong with feeling or getting angry. The only part that we run into trouble when it comes to anger would be in the expression. Anger when expressed in a controlled and rational way can actually be constructive. Once you get past this part, the only thing left to do would be to decide on a method or technique and sticking to it.

Starting with self-help techniques up to more advanced techniques like cognitive behavioural therapy, assertiveness training, art therapy and others, you will be able to get valuable information and tips that will help you in managing your anger problem. Remember that dealing with your anger might not that be easy and might take quite some time, but as long as you are willing to take action you will be able to prevent any further problems that your anger might cause later on in your life.
